I had the honor of being invited as a Guest Speaker & Panelist at “Synergy: Pediatric Insights meets ENT Expertise”. My session was on a topic very close to my heart – “Adenoids and Acute Otitis Media as silent culprits”. Standing in front of so many renowned dignitaries, colleagues, and young minds was both humbling and energizing. The discussions were insightful, the exchange of ideas was vibrant, and I truly felt the spirit of collaboration between Pediatrics & ENT. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do – not just treating patients, but also sharing knowledge, learning from others, and growing together as a community. A heartfelt thank you to the organizers and everyone who made this workshop such a memorable one.

Honoured to be part of ISOCON 2025, Hyderabad as invited faculty. Engaged in an exciting crossfire session advocating for the Microscopic surgical management of Cholesteatoma in Mastoid Cavity, and had the privilege of moderating a live surgery. It was truly wonderful to meet distinguished guests and colleagues during the conference. Grateful to Dr. K.R. Meghnad and the organising team for the warm hospitality and an excellent academic experience.

Recently, I had the privilege of presenting my topic, “Is the Microscope Essential? Or Just a Luxury for Thyroidectomy” — in front of some of the most distinguished ENT surgeons and medical experts in the country. ???????? It was an incredible experience to share insights, discuss evolving surgical techniques, and explore whether the microscope and nerve monitor, both are the game-changing necessity or an expensive add-on in thyroid surgery. A big thank you to the organizers, my fellow speakers, and the audience for such engaging discussions and warm appreciation.

We are proud to share that Dr. Tushar Kanti Ghosh, representing GHOSH ENT FOUNDATION, was invited as a guest faculty at the 15th Back to Basics Workshop on Adenoid, organized by Divyasheel Health Foundation on 14th September 2025 in Bhopal. Dr. Ghosh delivered an insightful session on: “Nasal Stuffiness, Recurrent Cough, Mouth Breathing, Snoring in Children: Is it allergic or due to Adenoid problems?” It was a wonderful platform to contribute knowledge, exchange experiences, and interact with distinguished dignitaries in the field. Privileged to Contribute at the ENT Symposium 2025. I was recently invited as a faculty and speaker at the prestigious ENT Symposium 2025, held at The Lalit Great Eastern, Kolkata. It was a privilege to speak on the topic: "Laser Technology in ENT Surgery: Necessity or Luxury?" I shared insights on how laser technology is reshaping the future of ENT surgeries—making procedures safer, more precise, and patient-friendly. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Dwaipayan Mukherjee (Program Director) and all the esteemed dignitaries and fellow colleagues who made this academic exchange truly enriching. Grateful to Be Back at RIMS, Imphal — Sharing, Learning, and Continuing a Legacy ???? I recently had the honor of returning to RIMS (Regional Institute of Medical Sciences), Imphal, Manipur as the guest faculty and speaker for the CO₂ Laser Masterclass. It was an incredible experience to conduct a live surgical demonstration and engage in deep clinical discussions with a room full of bright, young ENT surgeons and postgraduate trainees. Our focus was on the practical applications of CO₂ Laser in ENT surgery — especially how precision tools can enhance outcomes. The level of curiosity, energy, and commitment shown by the participants was truly inspiring. This visit also brought back warm memories from February, when I visited RIMS as a guest faculty to demonstrate Live Surgery — an advanced training method using Coblation Technology for Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, and OSA management. It was heartening to see many of the same trainees again, now more confident and eager to build on what they had learned. For me, these opportunities are not just about teaching. They are about sharing a legacy — one that prioritizes quality, collaboration, and continuous growth in our field. I’m thankful to the entire RIMS team, fellow faculty members, and all the young doctors who made this session so special. Looking forward to more such moments of connection and contribution in the journey ahead.

Honored to Contribute at the ENT SURGICAL WORKSHOP ON COBLATION, I was truly honored to be invited to the “ENT Surgical Workshop on Coblation” recently held at IGM Hospital, Agartala, where I had the opportunity to conduct live surgical demonstration showcasing the safe and effective application of COBLATION technology. It was a privilege to share insights and techniques in front of an esteemed gathering of fellow ENT Specialists and surgeons. My heartfelt thanks to the entire organizing committee for their warm hospitality and meticulous coordination. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute and to learn alongside such distinguished colleagues. These platforms of academic exchange and clinical innovation continue to inspire us all. During this remarkable event, Dr, Ghosh conducted live surgical demonstration on the safe and effective application of Coblation Technology for Adenoidectomy, Tonsillectomy, and OSA treatment in the presence of other distinguished ent specialists.

I am humbled and delighted to get invited as a guest faculty at the 41st Annual Conference of IRHSA/SER, 6th RAICON and 1st RAALMCON at central hospital SER, Garden Reach, Kolkata. It is a privilege to demonstrate live surgeries in the presence of esteemed ENT Specialists and Surgeons. Demonstrations which I have performed: ???? Microscopic Tonsillectomy with Coblation ???? Endoscopic Adenoidectomy with Coblation ???? Modified Reverse Stapedotomy with CO2 Laser - a refined approach to prevent complications.
